Dear Alice,

Let me first say that I believe you are one of the heroes of the 20th Century!!! and that your books are the most important ones that I have ever read.

I was amazed however to find a Typographic error in ‘For Your Own Good’ – on Page 274, Line 7 of the Fourth Edition, 2002. (ISBN0-374-52269-3). “…and the emptiness is worse then ever.”

You are one of the Greatest People who has ever lived.

Thank you so much.

With all love,

“The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human body, in diet, and the cause and prevention of disease.” (Thomas Edison 1847-1931)

AM: Thank you for the nice compliments AND the ERROR!
