I wonder

I wonder

Dear Alice, I am interested in buying one of your books. In which book do you talk about rage passed on to one’s children? I have an extremely cold mother and I had an emotionless childhood with zero warmth. I now have three children of my own and am desperate to break the cycle. I can be cold to my children when I am hurting and I seem to have so much pent up anger in me. I fly off the handle with the children, sometimes at the slightest thing. It shocks me and I wonder where all this anger comes from? I don’t understand it. I am hoping your book may give me some insight Thanks in anticipation,S

AM: This is the issue of ALL my books. Fortunately you want to know and to understand where the rage comes from. Try first to read The Drama of Being a Child and For Your Own Good.
