NYTimes.com: In Africa, Accusation of Witchcraft Leads to Abuse
Friday November 16, 2007
Dear Alice Miller, I’ve been following your work and reading your books for years now, since I was a teenager (I’ll be 30 next month). I saw this article today
“African Crucible: Cast as Witches, Then Cast Out” and it made me immensely sad. I’d be interested to hear your take on it, or to know if someone else has some commentary/analysis dealing with the issue of child mistreatment in a global setting. –S. B.
AM: Thank you for this report. They can do EVERYTHING with children and nobody cares. But we must show it, wherever we can.
